We decided to set up A&E Construction in 2004 after working in construction for other agencies for five years. We started out in a small office in Bradford, with two desks, two phones and two computers. Our philosophy was to build a staff force who could be moulded into our way of thinking; focusing on working as a team to provide an excellent service to clients, rather than competing against each other for commission. We now have a successful team of staff who successfully supply quality trades and labour to over 150 clients on a nationwide basis.
